Scan Mail Membership
This membership offers the service to open, scan, and upload either all or part of your mail to your account on our secure website.
To access, view, and print your mail, it’s as simple as logging onto our website using your username and password in order to keep up to date with the following:
- Catalogue of mail received;
- Activity List of mail forwarded to you;
- Account Balance and Transactions for funds deposited for Postage Costs and Scan Mail;
- Electronic request giving instructions on where to send your mail.
Once your registration is received by our office, your account will be set-up and your SOS Mail Solutions Welcome Pack will be mailed to you within 48 hours. This will include:
- Business Card with your account number to keep in your wallet so you will always have our contact details close by;
- Internet access password together with instructions on how to use;
- Details on our Office Hours;
- Australia Post Mail Redirect Application; and
- Privacy Notice.
Once registered all you need to do is:
- Advise your correspondents to send your mail to our address provided and/or complete a Mail Redirection with your local Post Office;
- Provide your correspondents’ with our email / fax number;
- During the course of your membership simply advise us of your mailing instructions either by email, fax, telephone, SMS, or via our website and we will forward your post the next working day. Unless otherwise instructed, mail is posted using ordinary mail at the cheapest rate. You will need to instruct us if you wish us to use Express Post or Registered Mail.
