This membership offers the service to open, scan, and upload either all or part of your mail to your account on our website. To access, view, and print your mail, it’s as simple as logging onto our website using your username and password.

Mail Forwarding/Scan Mail Membership

  Membership Fees  
  Minimum 3 month membership* $66.00
  Monthly membership thereafter $22.00
  Annual membership~ $193.60
  ~ Annual membership fee includes one free month and discounted monthly rate

  Postage / Fax / Scan Account Deposit
  Initial Deposit – Australian Mail $50.00
  Initial Deposit – International Mail $100.00
 

Your account deposit is used to pay for your mail forwarding costs (see below).
You will be advised when your advance drops below $15.00. If you wish to top this up then login to your account to pay online using PayPal or, using your credit card, complete our Credit Card Deduction Authorisation form and return by fax, email, or post.
At the end of your membership, the balance of your deposit will be refunded.

  Mail Forwarding Costs
  Postage within Australia
  Normal Post Up to 500g (approx 15 DL size envelopes) = $5.75
    501g to 3kg = Either Min $13.40 or Max $18.60 determined by zone of destination address
  Express Post Up to 500g (approx 15 DL size envelopes) = $8.60
    501 to 3kg = $16.83
  Registered Post/
Courier Service 		Rates advised upon request
     
  Postage International
    Postage cost plus $5.00 handling fee
     
  Scan Mail $2.75 per envelope (mail catalogued, scanned, and uploaded to your account on our secure website) to a maximum of four pages.
$1.10 for each additional page.
   
  Faxes $2.20 for first page and $1.10 for each page thereafter (within Australia).
Cost of faxes sent to an international destination upon request.

Business Membership (with ABN)

  Membership Fee $193.60 per year (only $16.14 per month)
  Mail Forwarding Account Deposit $50.00
  Postage Costs  
  Scan Mail $1.00 per envelope (max 10 pages)
20c per additional page thereafter
  Physical Delivery ( cheques, parcels) $7.50 per delivery (if required)
