Depending on your requirements and choices, our delivery service to you is by ordinary mail, registered mail, courier or scan mail.

We open, scan and upload your mail to your online mail account on our secure website, where you can view it at any time using your personalised login and password which is activated upon registration.

How does it work?

1. Sign-up with SOS Mail Solutions to receive an Australian PO Box address.
2. Redirect or change your mailing address to your new PO Box address.
3. SOS Mail collect your mail daily Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
4. An email notification is sent when new mail is received.
5. Check your itemised list of mail by logging into your secure SOS Mail account online.
6. Within your SOS Mail account online, you have the control to choose your mail forwarding requirements—post, courier, scan, shred/recycle, or to hold.
