Business Mail Forwarding

Membership / Administration Fee

• $22.00 per month or $193.60 per year (only $16.14 per month)

PLUS

Deposit for Mail Forwarding Costs*

• $50.00 – Australian mail; or
• $100.00 – International mail

*This deposit is used to pay for your mail forwarding costs eg. postage, scanning, couriers etc (see mail forwarding costs below). You will be advised when your deposit drops below $10.00. If you wish to top this up then login to your account to pay online using PayPal, credit cards or bank deposit. The balance of this deposit is refunded at the end of your membership.

Postage & Scanning Costs

Scan Mail – Business	$1.00 per contents of envelope
Regular Mail – within Australia	$5.95 – up to 500g (approx a bundle of 20 DL size envelopes) $13.90 to $19.25 – 501g to 3kg (determined by postage zone)
Regular Mail – International	$5.00 plus cost of postage
Express Post; Registered Post or Courier Service	$2.00 plus cost of postage/courier
Banking (cheques)	$5.00
Mail Storage	FREE
Recycling	FREE

All rates quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.
